The idea behind Procare
The idea behind Procare originated from my personal experience. I had a friend who was suffering from a physical disability. He used to stay at one of the most popular NDIS support facilities. I had numerous opportunities to visit that facility.
But here, I observed that instead of treating the participants with care & compassion, they were treated more like just a number.
This shook me to the core & forced me to think about thousands of participants who had to undergo this ordeal. The more I researched about this; the stronger my resolve became to create a Supportive, Caring & Compassionate environment where the participants can enjoy their respite days.

So we take a personalised approach & prepare tailored support plans for each participant. We match them with the right caregivers who can quickly connect with participants emotionally. Each caregiver at Procare will be just an addition to the participant's family!
